Canvas Barn Jacket

A relaxed workwear-style jacket in heavyweight British waxed cotton canvas, with patch pockets, a hidden placket, and corozo-nut buttons. The kind of thing that softens beautifully with age and looks better the more you wear it — the jacket you'll grab on the way out the door for the next decade.

Materials
100% British waxed cotton canvas from Halley Stevensons in Dundee, the same family firm that has been waxing canvas since 1864. Lined in cotton. Stitched with bonded nylon thread.
Sizing
Generous. S = 2–4, M = 6–8, L = 10–12. Model is 5'9" and wears a M. The cut is meant to be roomy — to fit a sweater underneath, and to look good worn open.
Care
Spot clean. Do not machine wash, do not dry clean — the wax will be stripped. Re-wax every few years with a tin of British wax dressing; we'll re-wax yours for free in the shop.
